The workflow is as follows: The loading machine adopts mechanical flipping, and the glass raw sheets to be processed are removed from the material rack throughvacuum suction cups and gently placed onto the loading platform. The seamless transition of glass to the cutting platform is achieved through robust rollers and a precise conveyor system. Servo motor-driven toolboxes glide with unparalleled accuracy, maneuvering the cutting tool swiftly in both X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor deftly rotates, guiding the tool's trajectory while precision analog signals meticulously adjust tool pressure and depth. This synchronized four-axis movement ensures flawless cutting. Upon completion, glass is effortlessly transported to the air-floating breaking table, where it is expertly broken using the conveyor belt's air floatation.
