This assembly line offers a seamless, automated process for glass cutting, characterized by swift and precise operations that include picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking. With optional enhanced functionalities such as automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, and laser marking, this cutting-edge solution is adept at both linear and intricate cutting of flat glass. It is the perfect choice for diverse applications in construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, handicrafts, and more.
The workflow is meticulously orchestrated as follows: The loading machine employs mechanical flipping technology to expertly handle glass raw sheets. These sheets are skillfully extracted from the material rack usingvacuum suction cups and seamlessly placed onto the loading platform. Transporting the glass to the cutting platform is efficiently managed by rollers on the loading platform and a conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform. Powered by a servo motor, the tool box on the cutting machine's crossbeam propels the tool with high-speed precision in both the X and Y directions. Utilizing the Z-axis motor, the tool's tangent trajectory is deftly controlled, complemented by analog signals that modulate tool pressure and depth. This synchronized movement across four axes ensures precision cutting. Upon completion, the glass transitions to the air floating breaking table, where air floating generated by conveyor belts facilitates effortless breaking.
