Introducing the HSL-LSX6133, our intelligent glass cutting assembly line that stands as a hallmark of automation and efficiency. This state-of-the-art system comprises three integral systems: the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. Designed to automate the glass cutting process meticulously, it performs picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking with speed and precision. Additionally, it offers optional features such as automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, and laser marking, making it versatile enough for straight and irregular cutting of flat glass across various fields like construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, and handicrafts.
The workflow is seamless: The loading machine uses mechanical flipping, efficiently extracting glass raw sheets from the material rack using vacuum suction cups. These sheets are then smoothly deposited onto the loading platform.Once on the loading platform, the glass is seamlessly transported to the cutting platform via rollers and a conveyor belt. Powered by a servo motor, the cutting machine's tool box glides swiftly in the X and Y axes, while the Z-axis motor precisely controls the tool's tangent path. Analog signals smartly regulate the tool's pressure and depth, ensuring flawless cuts. With simultaneous movement across four axes, the cutting process is executed to perfection. Post-cutting, the glass journeys to the air-floating breaking table where it is expertly broken, aided by the air cushion created by the conveyor belts.
