The system is comprised of three core components: the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. It streamlines the entire glass cutting process with full automation, enabling swift and precise operations such as picking, cutting, and breaking via an innovative air floating table system. Users can also benefit from optional advanced features like automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, and laser marking, making it versatile for straight or complex irregular glass cutting. This assembly line is perfectly optimized for applications in construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, and creative crafts.
The seamless workflow begins with mechanical flipping by the loading machine, effortlessly lifting glass raw sheets from the material rack.Using vacuum suction cups, these sheets are carefully placed onto the loading platform. The glass journeys smoothly to the cutting platform via rollers and conveyor belts. A precision-driven tool box, powered by a servo motor, maneuvers at high speed in both X and Y axes. The Z-axis motor expertly manages the tool's tangent path, while analog signals finely adjust tool pressure and depth, enabling synchronized four-axis cutting. Once the cutting is flawlessly executed, the glass advances to an air floating breaking table, using conveyor belt-driven air for pristine breaking.
