The workflow is as follows: The loading machine adopts mechanical flipping, and the glass raw sheets to be processed are removed from the material rack through vacuum suction cups and effortlessly placed onto the loading platform. From there, the glass glides to the cutting platform via the rollers on the loading platform and conveyor belt on the cutting platform. The precision tool box, perched on the cutting machine's crossbeam, is propelled by a powerful servo motor, swiftly maneuvering the tool along the X and Y axes. The Z-axis motor orchestrates the tool's tangent trajectory, while analog signals deftly control tool pressure and depth. Marvel as all four axes harmonize to execute flawless cuts. Upon cutting completion, the glass transitions to the air floating breaking table, where the conveyor belt's air floating mechanism facilitates the breaking process.
