This advanced line is comprised of three pivotal systems: a sophisticated loading table, a precision-engineered cutting table, and an innovative breaking table. The entire glass cutting operation is seamlessly automated, ensuring swift, precise, and efficient processes including the key functions of picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking. Tailored with optional advanced features such as automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, and laser marking, this versatile machine caters to straight and irregular cutting of flat glass, serving a multitude of industries like construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, and artisan crafts.
The workflow is meticulously designed for optimal efficiency: Initially, the loading machine employs mechanical flipping technology, allowing glass raw sheets destined for processing to be effortlessly extracted from the material rack.Utilizing vacuum suction cups, these sheets are gracefully placed onto the loading platform. The journey continues as the glass is smoothly conveyed to the cutting platform, facilitated by the rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt on the cutting station. Here, the cutting machine's crossbeam tool box, powered by a precision servo motor, orchestrates high-speed tool movements in the X and Y planes. Meanwhile, the Z-axis motor dynamically adjusts to perfect the tool's tangent trajectory. Simultaneous multi-axis movements-X, Y, Z, and pressure-ensure an impeccable cut. Post-cutting, the glass advances to the air floating breaking table, where it is expertly broken using the gentle air floatation created by the conveyor belts on the cutting and breaking tables.
