The workflow is meticulously designed as follows: The loading machine employs a mechanical flipping technique, efficiently extracting glass raw sheets from the material rack with precision.Utilizing vacuum suction cups, the glass is gently placed onto the loading platform. From there, it is elegantly guided to the cutting platform via rollers and a conveyor belt system. The cutting machine's crossbeam houses a tool box driven by a high-precision servo motor, ensuring dynamic tool movement at remarkable speeds along the X and Y axes. The Z-axis motor expertly modulates the tool's tangent trajectory, while sophisticated analog signals fine-tune pressure and depth settings. Synchronization of four axes ensures immaculate cutting. Post-cutting, the glass is smoothly transported to the air floating breaking table, where the conveyor belt's air floating mechanism ensures a seamless breaking process.
