Machine opening and closing: The moving side opening and closing of the bilateral edge grinding machine adopts imported linear guide rails and large-lead ball screws.Combined, driven by servo motor, it operates smoothly and has accurate positioning. The opening and closing speed can reach 8 meters/minute.

Double edgers adopts all-in-one structure for machine and circuit box is good for waterproof, space saving and convenient for operation. The main body adopts cast iron with annealing treatment.
The glass transfer table is the intermediate reversing unit connected to the glass double-sided grinding machine, which can realize the horizontal and vertical transportation of glass, thereby achieving the purpose of 90° transmission of glass.
Control system: The fully automatic control system of the bilateral machine is independently developed by Huashili Company. Based on many years of production experience and customer usage, the system is constantly updated and upgraded. It now has a complete automated control program control platform, realizing intelligent operation and modular processing to a greater extent. The system has an automatic alarm function and reserves an edge grinding connection control port to facilitate automated production.
Frame bed: The equipment bed base is welded with thickened profiles and then annealed and processed by a gantry milling machine;The fixed side box and the movable side box are made of thickened steel plates, welded together and then annealed. They are precision machined and formed in one go on a gantry milling machine, so that the horizontal and vertical planes of the entire fuselage structure achieve perfect accuracy, ensure that the machine maintains parallelism and straightness for a long time.
