The cutting machine's ingenious working principle transports cut glass smoothly from the
conveyor belt to the worktable. It meticulously records glass positions through a state-of-the-art
photoelectric scanning system. The cutting head, equipped with a diamond wheel, is expertly
programmed to navigate along X and Y axes, delivering precise substrate cuts.
Our control system utilizes a sophisticated CNC motion controller, paired with advanced
servo motors for impeccable drive and performance.
For breaking, the air floating table employs an innovative breaking rod, assisting with precision
breaks or allowing manual operation. Effortlessly control the breaking rod with a foot switch.
This device stands out for its user-friendly operation and is virtually maintenance-free.
Workflow overview: The loading machine's mechanical flipping mechanism efficiently extracts
glass sheets using vacuum suction cups, precisely positioning them on the loading platform.
Glass is then transported with finesse to the cutting platform via robust rollers and conveyors.
On the cutting platform, a servo motor propels the tool box along the crossbeam, ensuring high-speed
movement in X and Y axes. Concurrently, the Z-axis motor dictates the tool's trajectory,
while sophisticated analog signals manage tool pressure and depth. This results in a harmonious
four-axis simultaneous cutting process. After cutting, glass is effortlessly conveyed to the air
floating breaking table for final breaking, facilitated by the cutting table's conveyor belt and
the breaking table's ingenuity, ensuring glass is ready for the next stage.
