horizontal position, and gracefully transferring them towards the cutting table with precision.
The core principle of this cutting-edge machine revolves around transporting the precisely cut glass from the
conveyor belt directly to the worktable, where it automatically records the position of the glass using an advanced photoelectric scanning system.
At this point, the highly precise cutting head, equipped with a superior diamond wheel,
is meticulously guided by a sophisticated program, moving along the X and Y axes
to cut the substrate effortlessly. The control system employs a state-of-the-art CNC motion controller, while the drive mechanism features high-performance servo motors.
This combination ensures unparalleled precision and efficiency.
The air floating breaking table incorporates a specialized breaking rod that assists in effortlessly breaking
glass pieces or allows for direct manual breaking. The user-friendly foot switch meticulously controls the breaking rod's action.
This device is not only easy to operate but also requires no maintenance, promising long-term reliability.
The seamless workflow unfolds as follows: The loading machine utilizes a mechanical flipping mechanism, delicately lifting
the glass raw sheets from the material rack using powerful vacuum suction cups and gently placing them onto the loading platform.
Subsequently, the glass is transported with precision to the cutting platform utilizing expertly crafted rollers on the loading platform and a conveyor belt on the glass
cutting platform. The sophisticated tool box, strategically positioned on the beam of the cutting machine, is driven by an advanced
servo motor, enabling the tool to traverse at high speeds in both the X and Y directions. Concurrently, the Z-axis motor
rotates to meticulously control the tool's tangent trajectory, while analog signals expertly modulate tool pressure and cutting depth. All four axes work in harmony,
ensuring precision cutting. Upon completion, the expertly cut glass is transferred to the air floating breaking
table, where the air floating effect created by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the breaking table
facilitates breaking with effortless precision.
