a horizontal position, seamlessly guiding them towards the precision cutting table.
Our cutting machine's sophisticated mechanism transports the meticulously cut glass from the
conveyor belt to the cutting worktable, with an automated system that accurately records each glass position
using state-of-the-art photoelectric scanning technology. The cutting head, equipped with a diamond wheel,
is expertly maneuvered via a program to glide along both the X and Y axes,
ensuring precision in substrate cutting. The machine's heart lies in its CNC motion
controller, while advanced servo motors drive its performance to new heights.
The air floating breaking table employs a breaking rod, enhancing the glass breaking process with
effortless control, either manually or using a convenient foot switch for activating the
breaking rod. This user-friendly device is not only simple to operate but also maintenance-free.
Our seamless workflow process begins as the loading machine's mechanical flipping technology deftly manages,
the glass raw sheets. These sheets are gently lifted from the material rack via vacuum
suction cups and placed onto the loading platform. The glass is then smoothly transported to the cutting
platform using rollers and the conveyor belt system, ensuring smooth transfer to the glass
cutting platform. Here, the cutting machine's crossbeam tool box, powered by a servo motor,
navigates the tool at remarkable speed along the X and Y axes. The Z-axis motor
orchestrates the tool's tangent path with precision, while analog signals masterfully control
the tool's pressure and depth. Synchronization of all four axes ensures seamless
cutting. Post-cutting, the glass is transported to the air floating breaking
table, where the air flotation system, created by the cutting table's conveyor belt,
and the breaking table, facilitates the final breaking process.
