conveyor belt to the worktable. It automatically records the glass position with precision using a photoelectric scanning system.
The cutting head, equipped with a diamond wheel, is expertly controlled by an advanced program to move flawlessly along the X and Y axes,
ensuring precise substrate cutting. This system utilizes a CNC motion controller and state-of-the-art servo motors for unrivaled precision.
The control system is a testament to modern ingenuity, adopting a CNC motion controller, while the drive system employs cutting-edge servo motors,
ensuring seamless operation and superior performance.
The air-floating breaking table, complemented by a breaking rod, facilitates effortless glass breaking,
be it via mechanical assistance or manual action. A convenient foot switch controls the breaking rod,
making it a user-friendly, maintenance-free solution for efficient glass breaking.
The workflow is expertly crafted to achieve optimal efficiency: The loading machine engages in mechanical flipping,
as glass raw sheets are precisely extracted from the material rack using vacuum suction cups, then gently positioned on the loading platform.
From there, the glass is smoothly transported to the cutting platform via rollers on the loading platform and a conveyor belt on the glass
cutting platform. The cutting machine's tool box, mounted on the crossbeam, is powered by a servo motor,
enabling high-speed tool movement in the X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor rotates seamlessly to control the tool's tangent trajectory,
while analog signals regulate tool pressure and depth, allowing for simultaneous four-axis movement for precise cutting.
Upon completion of the cutting process, the glass is carefully transported to the air-floating breaking table for effortless breaking,
as facilitated by the air cushion created by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the breaking table.
The process is a synergy of advanced engineering, ensuring precision and efficiency.
