It skillfully separates raw glass sheets from the frame, seamlessly transitioning them from a vertical position to
a horizontal one, and smoothly guides them towards the cutting table.
The core functionality of this cutting machine involves transporting cut glass from the
conveyor belt to the worktable. It meticulously records the glass position using an advanced photoelectric scanning system.
Subsequently, a cutting head equipped with a precision diamond wheel,
and expertly programmed, glides effortlessly in both X and Y directions,
delicately slicing through the substrate. The machine incorporates a cutting-edge CNC motion
controller and is powered by state-of-the-art servo motors.
The air-floating breaking table employs a breaking rod to facilitate glass separation,
or allows for direct manual breaking. A user-friendly foot switch governs the breaking rod's operation,
making this device exceptionally easy to use and maintenance-free.
Operational workflow is efficiently streamlined: The loading machine utilizes precise mechanical flipping, and the
raw glass sheets are gently extracted from the rack with advanced vacuum suction cups, then elegantly placed onto the loading platform.
The glass is then seamlessly transported to the cutting platform through a sophisticated system of rollers and conveyor belts.
The cutting machine's tool box, stationed on the crossbeam, is driven by a high-speed servo motor that navigates the tool precisely along the X and Y axes.
The Z-axis motor controls the tool's angular path, and analog signals fine-tune the pressure and depth for intricate cutting.
This sophisticated mechanism utilizes four axes moving in perfect harmony to achieve immaculate cutting precision.
Once the cutting is accomplished, the glass is transferred to the air floating breaking
table. Here, the combination of air floatation and conveyor belt technology ensures
gentle handling and efficient breaking.
The entire process culminates at the breaking table, where innovation and technology converge for flawless glass processing.
