It expertly separates the glass raw sheets from the secure glass frame, meticulously transitioning them from a vertical position to
a horizontal alignment, subsequently guiding them towards the cutting table with unparalleled accuracy.
The cutting machine operates on an advanced principle, transporting the cut glass from the
conveyor belt to the worktable. It automatically records the precise position of the glass through an innovative photoelectric scanning system. Following this,
the cutting head, equipped with a premium diamond wheel, is programmatically controlled to traverse smoothly along the X and Y axes,
ensuring impeccable precision as it cuts the substrate. This operation is seamlessly managed by a sophisticated CNC motion
controller, while the driving mechanism utilizes cutting-edge servo motors for flawless execution.
Our air floating breaking table employs a robust breaking rod to assist in effortlessly breaking the glass pieces,
or alternatively, pieces can be manually broken with ease. A convenient foot switch is available to expertly control the action of the
breaking rod, making this device exceptionally user-friendly and virtually maintenance-free.
Our streamlined workflow is outlined as follows: The loading machine employs a mechanical flipping technique, ensuring that
glass raw sheets targeted for processing are expertly removed from the material rack using advanced vacuum
suction cups, and are carefully placed onto the loading platform. From there, the glass is transported with precision to the cutting
platform utilizing the rollers on the loading platform coupled with the conveyor belt on the glass
cutting platform. The cutting machine's tool box, positioned on the crossbeam, is driven by a high-performance
servo motor, allowing the tool to rapidly maneuver in the X and Y directions. Meanwhile, the Z-axis motor
rotates seamlessly to control the tool's tangent trajectory, and simultaneously, analog signals ensure precise control of tool pressure and depth. The four axes work harmoniously for
optimal cutting results. Once cutting is complete, the glass is skillfully transported to the air floating breaking
table where the air cushion formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and
the breaking table assists in breaking, ensuring a flawless finish and unparalleled efficiency.
