The HSL-LSX5133 intelligent glass cutting assembly line consists of three major systems: the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. The glass cutting process is automated and can quickly and accurately perform picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking. Optional functions include automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, laser marking, etc. Suitable for straight and irregular cutting of flat glass in construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, handicrafts, and other fields.
The workflow is as follows: The loading machine adopts mechanical flipping, and the glass raw sheets to be processed are removed from the material rack through vacuum suction cups and dropped onto the loading platform. Transport the glass to the cutting platform through the rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform. The tool box on the crossbeam of the cutting machine is driven by a servo motor to move the tool at high speed in the X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor rotates to control the tool's tangent trajectory, and at the same time, analog signals are used to control the tool pressure and depth. The four axes move simultaneously for cutting. After the cutting is completed, the glass is transported to the air floating breaking table for breaking by the air floating formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the breaking table.

The loading machine is mainly used for automatic glass picking, safely separating the glass raw sheets on the glass frame, transforming them from vertical to horizontal, and transferring them towards the cutting table.
The workflow is as follows: place the glass in the designated position, give the pick-up signal, the upper arm flips upwards through the flipping mechanism, and the whole machine starts to move forward. When the sensing device on the lower arm contacts the glass, the whole machine stops moving; The vacuum pump starts suction work, and after suction, the suction cup arm lifts, the walking motor retracts, and the flipping arm flips down to level the glass. The suction cup blows air and the glass falls onto the conveyor wheel; Horizontal transmission positioning, wait for the cutting machine to start conveying signals before conveying to the cutting table. The entire homework process is controlled by PLC
