INTELLIGENT GLASS LOADING AND CUTTING MACHINE

The intelligent glass loading and cutting machine consists of two systems: the loading and cutting machine and the air-floating breaking table. It integrates automatic loading, automatic optimization layout, automatic labeling, automatic cutting, automatic transportation, and an ir-floating breaking table, and it realizes the automatic operation of the glass-cutting process. The machine is equipped with power walking wheels, which can be controlled by remote control in the working area for easy shifting. 

The machine can realize straight and special-shaped cutting of glass and is suitable for architectural glass, furniture glass, craft glass, decorative glass, cabinet glass, glass mirror, etc. The glass automatic cutting machine adopts an industry-leading servo direct drive structure combined with a high-quality linear guide rail, stable and reliable performance, and long service life

CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY AND AUTOMATIC OIL SUPPLY

A professional glass-cutting control system realizes the automatic cutting of straight and special-shaped glass, greatly improving glass-cutting efficiency. The pressure of the cutting head is controlled by an electromechanical precision pressure valve. The uniform output pressure of the cylinder allows the cutting head to fit the glass surface perfectly for cutting, thus avoiding the cutting phenomenon caused by glass quality problems. When cutting glass, the cutting oil is automatically filled using pneumatic pressre control, and moves synchronously with the cutting head through the PLC control system .

 

OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE

Compatible with the standard G code of Italian OPTIMA optimization software and domestic Guiyou software, achieving versatility in processing files in different formats. The glass-cutting optimization program is specially designed to cut flat glass into workpieces of different sizes, improving the cutting rate of glass and reducing the waste of original glass sheets.

 

AUTOMATIC EDGE POSITIONING

Automatic edge-finding and positioning of glass: Accurately detects the actual position and deflection angle of the glass and automatically adjusts the cutting path of the cutter head to improve efficiency.

 

TELESCOPIC BOOM AND AUTOMATIC LOADING

Equipped with 3 big arms, each big arm is equipped with 4 sets of NBR suction cups to absorb glass, ensuring the stability and reliability of loading large glass sheets. Glass loading adopts a telescopic arm structure, which replaces the old model of moving the whole machine to take the glass, and completely realizes automatic loading without manual intervention. Telescopic arm loading not only provides better safety but also doubles the loading efficiency.

 

MACHINE WALKING AND CYLINDER LOCKING

The remote control controls the machine to drive the walking reducer to realize any turning and walking in the work workshop, such as walking and glass loading. Before the cutting operation, the foot cylinder automatically works to stop the machine body, ensuring the stability of the cutting process and ease of operation.
