The machine's robust structure benefits from a thickened profile that undergoes an aging process post-welding. The side beam's fixed surface is precisely machined using state-of-the-art gantry machines, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and stability.
The streamlined workflow unfolds as follows: The innovative loading machine employs mechanical flipping. Glass sheets are expertly extracted from the material rack using vacuum suction cups, then gently placed onto the loading platform. The glass is seamlessly transported to the cutting platform using rollers on the loading platform and a conveyor belt on the glass
cutting platform. The cutting machine's crossbeam houses a sophisticated tool box, propelled by a high-precision servo motor to facilitate the tool's rapid movement in the X and Y axes. The Z-axis motor dynamically rotates to govern the tool's tangent path, while analog signals meticulously control the tool's pressure and depth.
