The thickened profile undergoes aging post-welding, and the fixed side beam surface is precisely machined using gantry machines to ensure unparalleled precision and stability. The workflow is meticulously orchestrated as follows: An innovative loading machine utilizes
mechanical flipping, where glass sheets are deftly extracted from the material rack via vacuum suction cups and gently placed onto the loading platform. The glass is then transported to the cutting platform using the rollers and conveyor belt systems. The tool box mounted on the cutting machine's crossbeam is driven by a high-speed servo motor, maneuvering the tool dynamically in the X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor controls the tool's tangent trajectory, using analog signals to regulate tool pressure and depth. These four axes synchronize seamlessly for optimal cutting. Once cutting is accomplished, the glass is guided to the air floating breaking table, where the air currents created by the conveyor belt on the cutting and breaking tables facilitate flawless breaking.
