It integrates three revolutionary systems: the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. This fully automated glass cutting process excels in precision, swiftly executing tasks like picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking. Enhance functionality with optional features such as automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, and laser marking. This versatile machine is perfect for straight and complex cuts of flat glass, ideal for applications in construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, and handicrafts.
The workflow is designed to optimize efficiency: The loading machine employs a mechanical flipping mechanism. Glass raw sheets are meticulously picked from the material rack using vacuum suction cups and seamlessly placed onto the loading platform. The glass is then effortlessly transported to the cutting platform via rollers and a conveyor belt system. At the heart of the machine, a tool box moves deftly along the X and Y axes, powered by a high-performance servo motor. The Z-axis motor expertly rotates to guide the tool's tangent path, while analog signals finely tune tool pressure and depth. This synchronized four-axis motion delivers precision cutting. Post-cutting, the glass glides smoothly to the air floating breaking table, aided by the air cushion effect from the cutting and breaking tables' conveyor belts.
