The cutting machine operates with remarkable efficiency, transporting the precisely cut glass from the
conveyor belt to the worktable. It employs an advanced photoelectric scanning system to meticulously record the glass's position.
Subsequently, the cutting head, equipped with a superior diamond wheel,
is programmatically controlled to move dexterously along the X and Y axes,
achieving flawless substrate cutting. The machine's control is powered by an innovative CNC motion
controller, integrated with state-of-the-art servo motors for unparalleled performance.
The air floating breaking table employs a breaking rod for aiding in the effortless breaking of pieces,
or alternatively allows manual breaking. Operate the breaking rod with ease using a foot switch. This
device promises user-friendly operation and requires no maintenance.
The refined workflow unfolds as follows: Utilizing mechanical flipping, the loading machine adeptly removes
glass raw sheets from the material rack with vacuum suction cups, gently placing them onto the loading platform.
It then conveys the glass to the cutting platform via rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt,
ensuring seamless movement to the glass cutting platform. The tool box, strategically positioned on the cutting machine's crossbeam,
is propelled by a high-speed servo motor, executing swift movements of the tool along the X and Y axes.
The Z-axis motor orchestrates the tool's precise tangent trajectory, while analog signals meticulously control
the tool's pressure and depth. This multifaceted system enables all four axes to move in harmonious unison for
optimal cutting. Upon completion, the expertly cut glass is transported to the air floating breaking
table, where the air-cushioned conveyor belt and breaking table facilitate seamless breaking.
This entire process is orchestrated with finesse, ensuring that each glass piece is processed with utmost care and efficiency.
