It expertly separates the glass raw sheets on the glass frame, transitioning them smoothly from a vertical orientation
to a horizontal position, and skillfully transferring them towards the cutting table with precision and grace.
The cutting machine operates on a sophisticated principle, elegantly transporting the cut glass from the
conveyor belt to the worktable. It automatically records the glass's position using an advanced photoelectric scanning system,
and then, with impeccable accuracy, the cutting head equipped with a diamond wheel
is directed by a high-performance program to maneuver along the X and Y axes,
skillfully cutting the substrate. The machine's control system is enhanced with a CNC motion
controller, while the drive mechanism incorporates cutting-edge servo motors for optimal performance.
The air floating breaking table employs a breaking rod to assist in effortlessly breaking
pieces, allowing for manual intervention if needed. A convenient foot switch controls the breaking rod's action,
making this device exceptionally user-friendly and virtually maintenance-free.
The workflow is meticulously designed: The loading machine utilizes mechanical flipping, and the raw glass sheets
are gently extricated from the material rack using vacuum suction cups, then carefully placed onto the loading platform.
Glass is then seamlessly transported to the cutting platform via rollers on the loading platform and,
conveyor belts on the cutting platform, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted movement.
The cutting machine's tool box, mounted on the crossbeam, is driven by a powerful servo motor to swiftly maneuver the tool in the X and Y directions.
The Z-axis motor expertly rotates to control the tool's precise tangent trajectory, while analog signals finely
regulate the tool's pressure and depth. This synchronization of the four axes ensures flawless cutting.
After achieving impeccable cuts, the glass is transported to the air floating breaking
table for breaking, facilitated by the air flotation system which harmonizes the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the breaking table.
The entire process epitomizes seamless integration and precision in glass handling.
