The state-of-the-art loading machine is expertly designed for automatic glass picking, ensuring complete safety and precision.
Its primary function is the seamless separation of glass raw sheets on the glass frame, skillfully transforming them from a vertical to a horizontal position,
and elegantly transferring them toward the cutting table with unparalleled efficiency.
The cutting machine operates with remarkable precision, transporting the cut glass from the
conveyor belt to the worktable, where it automatically records the glass position
using an advanced photoelectric scanning system. Subsequently, the cutting head, equipped with a premium diamond wheel,
is meticulously controlled by sophisticated programming to glide effortlessly along the X and Y directions,
ensuring precise substrate cutting. The control system incorporates a high-tech CNC motion
controller, while the drive system utilizes cutting-edge servo motors for optimal performance.
The air floating breaking table is ingeniously equipped with a breaking rod to assist in the breaking process,
or it allows for manual breaking by hand. A convenient foot switch regulates the breaking rod's action,
making this device exceptionally user-friendly and virtually maintenance-free.
The seamless workflow is orchestrated as follows: The loading machine employs mechanical flipping,
removing the glass raw sheets destined for processing from the material rack utilizing high-efficiency vacuum
suction cups, and gracefully placing them onto the loading platform. The glass is then transported to the cutting
platform via the rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting
platform. The tool box, situated on the crossbeam of the cutting machine, is driven by a
servo motor, enabling the tool to move with breathtaking speed and precision in the X and Y directions. The Z-axis motor
rotates expertly to control the tool's tangent trajectory, using analog signals to regulate tool pressure and depth.
This simultaneous movement across all four axes ensures flawless cutting. Upon completion,
the glass is efficiently transported to the air floating breaking table, where it undergoes the breaking process,
utilizing the air floating mechanism formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and
the breaking table, delivering an impeccable finish every time.
