Our cutting machine's sophisticated operation involves transporting the meticulously cut glass from the
conveyor belt to the worktable. It utilizes a state-of-the-art photoelectric scanning system to accurately record glass positions
and boasts a precision cutting head equipped with a diamond wheel,
programmed to traverse the X and Y axes with remarkable accuracy,
ensuring flawless substrate cutting. The system employs an advanced CNC motion controller
and leverages high-performance servo motors for unparalleled precision.
The innovative air floating breaking table features a breaking rod for efficient glass separation,
providing the option for manual intervention. A convenient foot switch allows for seamless control of the breaking rod's action.
User-friendly operations and maintenance-free design are standout features of this device.
The seamless workflow unfolds as follows: The loading machine efficiently flips glass sheets mechanically,
with vacuum suction cups expertly lifting and positioning them on the loading platform.
The glass is then meticulously transferred to the cutting platform via strategically placed rollers and conveyor belts,
ensuring smooth, undisturbed movement throughout the process.
The cutting machine's crossbeam-mounted tool box, driven by cutting-edge servo motors, moves with unparalleled speed and precision in the X and Y directions.
Simultaneously, the Z-axis motor expertly rotates, fine-tuning the tool's tangent trajectory as analog signals deftly regulate tool pressure and depth.
An impressive feat of engineering, the simultaneous movement of all four axes ensures precise cutting.
Upon completion, the glass is effortlessly transported to the air floating breaking table,
