CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

The cutting head pressure is controlled by a mechatronic precision pressure valve. The cylinder outputs pressure evenly so that the cutter head fits perfectly to the glass surface for cutting, thus avoiding the phenomenon of the cutter jumping due to glass quality problems.

 

AUTOMATIC OIL SUPPLY

When cutting glass, kerosene is automatically filled by pneumatic pressure control, and the oil supply time is controlled by PLC to synchronize with the cutting head.

 

GLASS CONVEYING

After the glass is cut, three synchronous belts cooperate with the air flotation system to transport the glass to the air flotation breaking table for breaking.
