Intelligent special-shaped scanning: The detector intelligently scans special-shaped templates and automatically generates corresponding graphics. These templates can be made from various materials
to achieve precise profiling cutting.
Telescopic Boom and Automated LoadingOur system features three robust arms, each equipped with four NBR suction cups for secure glass handling, ensuring stability and reliability when loading large glass sheets.
The glass loading process utilizes a telescopic arm structure, replacing the outdated model of moving the entire machine to load glass. This innovation enables fully automated loading without manual intervention, enhancing safety and doubling loading efficiency.
Glass loading is equipped with an anti-strip function,
which effectively prevents safety hazards due to multiple glass
pieces adhering together.
Air-Floating Countertop
Cutting table and breaking table feature air holes, and centrifugal fans provide high-pressure airflow to facilitate glass movement or shifting while preventing scratches.
