Product specification

Telescopic boom and automatic loading

Equipped with 3 big arms, each big arm is equipped with 4 sets of NBR

suction cups to absorb glass, ensuring the stability and reliability of

loading large glass sheets.

Glass loading adopts a telescopic arm structure, which replaces the old

model of moving the whole machine to take the glass, and completely

realizes automatic loading without manual intervention. Telescopic arm

loading not only provides better safety, but also doubles the loading

efficiency.

Glass loading has an anti-strip function, which effectively prevents safety

hazards caused by two pieces of glass adsorbing together.

Air floating countertop

Cutting table and breaking table are equipped with air holes, and

centrifugal fans provide high-pressure airflow to facilitate the

transportation or shifting of glass while preventing scratches on the

table.

 

Servo motor direct drive structure

It adopts servo motor direct drive structure, which is directly driven by X

and Y axis servo motors without using belts.

With high precision and low noise, it is the preferred structure for high-

end CNC equipment.

Automatic film removal
It adopts proportional valve control and has automatic pressure relief function, which will not crush the glass and evenly remove the Low-E film.
