The advanced cutting machine operates on a principle centered around smoothly transporting cut glass from
the conveyor belt to the worktable. It boasts an automatic recording system, thanks to a sophisticated photoelectric scanning system,
which accurately detects the glass position. The cutting head, featuring a premium diamond wheel,
is precisely controlled by a cutting-edge program, maneuvering in X and Y directions
to expertly cut the substrate. This machine's control section utilizes a CNC motion controller,
while the drive component incorporates state-of-the-art servo motors for superior performance.
The innovative air floating breaking table uses a specialized breaking rod to assist,
or allows for manual breaking with ease. Operators can use a foot switch for effortless control,
making this device user-friendly and virtually maintenance-free.
The seamless workflow is detailed as follows: The loading machine uses mechanical flipping techniques,
efficiently extracting glass raw sheets from the material rack with vacuum suction cups, elegantly placing them onto the loading platform.
The glass is then expertly conveyed to the cutting platform via rollers and a specialized conveyor belt,
ensuring precision and care throughout the process.
On the cutting platform, the tool box, driven by a powerful servo motor,
swiftly maneuvers the tool across the X and Y axes, delivering high-speed, precision movements.
The Z-axis motor rotates for optimal control over the tool's trajectory, while analog signals adjust the tool pressure and depth.
The synchronous movement of all four axes ensures flawless cutting. Post-cutting, the glass is transported seamlessly
