Our state-of-the-art loading machine is ingeniously designed for the seamless and safe automatic glass picking.
It efficiently separates glass raw sheets from the glass frame, skillfully transforming them from a vertical position to
a horizontal orientation, and expertly transferring them towards the cutting table for further processing.
The cutting machine employs a sophisticated working principle, deftly transporting the cut glass from the
conveyor belt directly to the worktable, while automatically recording the precise position of the glass
with an advanced photoelectric scanning system. The precision cutting head, equipped with a diamond wheel,
is meticulously controlled by an intelligent program, allowing it to move seamlessly along both the X and Y directions,
effortlessly cutting the substrate. The control center of the machine incorporates a cutting-edge CNC motion
controller, paired with the drive system that utilizes top-tier servo motors for unparalleled efficiency.
Our innovative air floating breaking table makes use of a sturdy breaking rod to assist in breaking
pieces or allows for manual breaking by hand. The intuitive foot switch offers smooth control over the
breaking rod's actions. This device is user-friendly and designed to be maintenance free.
The workflow unfolds smoothly: The loading machine employs mechanical flipping, efficiently handling
glass raw sheets that are expertly removed from the material rack via high-tech vacuum suction cups and
gently placed onto the loading platform. From there, the glass is smoothly transported to the cutting
platform via rollers on the loading platform and a specialized conveyor belt on the glass
cutting platform. The high-speed tool box, mounted on the crossbeam of the cutting machine, is driven by a
sophisticated servo motor enabling rapid movement of the tool in both X and Y directions. With the Z-axis motor,
rotating to precisely control the tool's tangent trajectory, while analog signals adeptly manage
tool pressure and depth. The four axes harmoniously move in unison for optimal cutting performance. Once cutting is
completed, the glass is gently transported to the air floating breaking table for final breaking using the air floating system,
formed by the conveyor belt on the cutting table and the innovative breaking table.
