At the heart of the cutting machine's operation lies a sophisticated system that efficiently transports the cut glass
from the conveyor belt to the worktable, while an advanced photoelectric scanning system automatically records
the glass's position with unparalleled accuracy. Equipped with a diamond wheel, the cutting head in the tool box
is meticulously programmed to glide along the X and Y axes, ensuring precision cutting of the substrate.
A state-of-the-art CNC motion controller governs the machine's controls, while cutting-edge servo motors drive
the system, delivering immaculate performance.
The air floating breaking table, featuring a breaking rod, assists in effortlessly breaking pieces or allows for
manual handling, with a convenient foot switch controlling the breaking rod's actions. This user-friendly device
boasts ease of operation and is designed to be maintenance-free.
Workflow Overview: The loading machine employs mechanical flipping technology, extracting glass raw sheets
from the material rack using high-tech vacuum suction cups, gently placing them onto the loading platform.
The glass then glides towards the cutting platform via rollers on the loading platform and the glass conveyor belt.
The tool box, perched on the cutting machine's crossbeam, is driven by a high-performance servo motor for
swift, precise movement in the X and Y planes. Meanwhile, a sophisticated Z-axis motor deftly manages the
tool's tangent path, while analog signal technology ensures optimal control of tool pressure and depth. A seamless
integration of four axes working in unison ensures flawless cutting.
Upon completion, the glass transitions to the air floating breaking table, assisted by the cutting table's air floating
conveyor belt. This ensures a smooth transfer for refinement at the breaking table.
