Introducing the HSL-LSX6133 Intelligent Glass Cutting Assembly Line, a marvel of modern engineering comprised of three core systems: the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. This advanced glass cutting process is fully automated, ensuring swift and precise picking, cutting, and breaking on an air-floating table. Optional functionalities like automatic labeling, Low-e film removal, and laser marking elevate its versatility, making it ideal for both straight and intricate cuts of flat glass. Its applications span the construction, decoration, home appliances, mirror splicing, and handicraft industries.
The workflow is meticulously designed as follows: The innovative loading machine uses mechanical flipping to expertly handle glass raw sheets, carefully extracting them from the material rack throughthe precision of vacuum suction cups and positioning them onto the loading platform. From there, the glass is seamlessly transported to the cutting platform guided by rollers and a conveyor belt system. A state-of-the-art tool box, maneuvered by a servo motor, navigates the X and Y axes with remarkable speed, while the Z-axis motor artfully controls the tool's tangent trajectory. Analog signals fine-tune tool pressure and depth, enabling synchronized four-axis movement for flawless cutting. Post-cutting, the glass glides to the air floating breaking table, where it is expertly broken by the air cushion created by the conveyor belt.
