The workflow is as follows: The loading machine adopts mechanical flipping, and the glass raw sheets to be processed are removed from the material rack throughthe innovative use of vacuum suction cups, effortlessly placing them onto the loading platform. From there, the glass moves seamlessly to the cutting platform via precision-engineered rollers and a conveyor belt. This system is powered by a servo motor that rapidly maneuvers the tool in the X and Y directions, while the Z-axis motor provides meticulous control over the tool's trajectory, pressure, and depth.
