The ingenious working principle of the cutting machine is centered around the meticulous transportation of cut glass from the conveyor belt,
directly to the worktable, all while automatically logging the precise position of the glass
thanks to the state-of-the-art photoelectric scanning system. The cutting head, equipped with a superior diamond wheel,
is skillfully navigated by the program to glide smoothly along the X and Y axes,
executing an immaculate cut of the substrate. This machine's control segment utilizes a CNC motion controller,
while the drive section boasts advanced servo motors, ensuring impeccable operation.
The air floating breaking table is ingeniously equipped with a breaking rod, aiding in the effortless breaking of pieces,
or alternatively, pieces can be broken manually. A simple foot switch deftly manages the breaking rod's actions.
This device shines with its easy operability and maintenance-free design, delivering consistent results.
Embark on an efficient workflow journey: The loading machine employs mechanical flipping, seamlessly removing glass raw sheets from the material rack using
vacuum suction cups, and gently placing them onto the loading platform. The glass is then transported, with precision,
to the cutting platform via rollers on the loading platform and the conveyor belt on the glass cutting platform.
On this stage, the tool box, situated on the crossbeam of the cutting machine, is propelled by a servo motor to move the tool with exceptional speed in the X and Y directions.
The advanced Z-axis motor deftly rotates to control the tool's tangent trajectory, while analog signals fine-tune the tool pressure and depth.
Simultaneous movement of the four axes is orchestrated for precision cutting, ensuring top-notch results.
Upon completion, the glass is expertly transported to the air floating breaking table. Here, the air floating effect of the conveyor belt on the cutting table,
paired with the breaking table, facilitates a flawless breaking process.
