2. Compatible with the standard G code of Italian OPTIMA optimization software and domestic Guiyou software: achieving versatility in processing files in different formats.
3. Fault diagnosis and alarm function: It can automatically record the machine operating status during the production process, fault alarm and display problems.
4. Automatic edge-finding and positioning of glass: Accurately detect the actual position and deflection angle of the glass, and automatically adjust the cutting path of the cutter head to improve efficiency.
5.Intelligent special-shaped scanning: The detector can intelligently scan special-shaped objects and provide feedback to automatically generate graphics to achieve profiling cutting.

Working process
 

1.Work flow: After starting the inputting machine, arms automatically suck glass  from the shelf. Under sensor controlled, glass automatically find glass edge in the X and Y directions. After moving glass sheets to designated location, transport glass to the automatic cutting table.Cutter will move to coordinate origin, and automatically start to cut according to the preinstall graph.
 

2.The operator can edit the glass size for cutting with computer. The computer can optimize the cutting size, and give out the data for processing.

HP computer host replaces the original small industrial control host with high performance and stable operation.
The cutting table is equipped with air holes, and a centrifugal fan provides high-pressure airflow to facilitate the transportation of glass and protect the table.
