Cutting control layout optimization	1. Professional glass cutting and optimized typesetting functions: greatly improve the glass cutting rate and production efficiency. 2. Italian OPTIMA optimization software, achieving versatility in processing files in different formats. 3. Fault diagnosis and alarm function: It can automatically record the machine operating status during the production process, fault alarm and display problems.
Fiber laser positioning	1. Automatic edge-finding and positioning of glass: Accurately detect the actual position and deflection angle of the glass, and automatically adjust the cutting path of the cutter head to improve efficiency. 2. Intelligent special-shaped scanning: The detector can intelligently scan special-shaped objects and provide feedback to automatically generate graphics to achieve profiling cutting.
Cutting technique	The pressure of the cutting head is controlled by an electromechanical precision pressure valve. The uniform output pressure of the cylinder enables the cutting head to perfectly fit the glass surface for cutting, thereby avoiding the cutting phenomenon caused by glass quality problems.
Automatic oil supply	When cutting glass, kerosene is automatically filled using pneumatic pressure control, and is controlled by PLC to synchronize the action with the cutting head.

Air cylinder lock	After the machine moving and loading the film, before the cutting operation, the foot cylinder automatically works to stop the machine body, ensuring the stability of the cutting process.
Cutting and breaking combination	1. The glass cutting platform and the air-floating breaking table are connected as one, making the whole machine more convenient to move. 2. Both the cutting platform and the breaking platform are equipped with fan air flotation functions, making the glass move easily.
Suction cup transportation	After the glass is cut on the cutting platform, the suction cup in the cutting bridge cooperates with the air flotation system to move the glass to the breaking table, which is convenient and fast.
